Mr. Peter F. Gummersbach, President of Association of the Representatives of the Kingdom Bunyoro-Kitara (ARKBK) CLBG, Advisor of H.M the Omukama and H.M the Omugo and the Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom, Advisor of the Royal Government and the Royal Ministers, Ex officio Member of the Supreme Council, Grand Chancellor, Royal Order – The Most Honourable Order of Omukama Chwa II Kabalega, Special County Chief (Ow’Isaza), Dr. h.c. en Educación –International University of Panama etc., showed his gratitude for devising of coat of arms towards Mr. Nebojša Dikić, heraldic artist. He gave the commemorative medal of Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom to Mr. Dikić, with permission of H.M. Omukama Rukirabasija Agutamba Solomon Gafabusa Iguru I.
Bunyoro-Kitara is one of the oldest kingdoms in Africa and the oldest kingdom in Republic of Uganda. Mr. Dikić has performed several projects for Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom: royal coat of arms, official emblems for royal institutions etc.
Devising of Mr. Gummersbach’s coat of arms was a challenging task. It demanded merging of armiger’s german origin with his role in royal institutions of Bunyoro-Kitara. The success of mentioned task was acknowledged with a noble gift.
