In this heraldic project were involved Mr. Nebojša Dikić, as heraldic artist, and Mr. Hadži Nenad M. Jovanović, as herald. Mr. Stevanović has designed his own coat of arms with the help of Mr. Dikić and participants of forum of The Society of Serbian Armigers „Miloš Obilić“.

Coat of arms of Mr. Stevanović is recorded in the registry of BHGS under the number 009/12.

Crown symbolizes surname of the armiger because Stevanović is translated from Stefan which in greek original Στεφανοσ means crown.

Oak is for strength and ancient times, also in the medieval Serbia, during the occupation of Otoman empire, Serbs were not allowed to have churches and they used to pray under the oak trees.

Cross reflects armiger’s religion. This type of cross is called Kosovski and is connected to Serbian Orthodox Church.

Colors also have some significance:

blue – for faithfulness and truth

red – for military valour and generosity

silver – for peace and serenity.
